400m MB Team Run (Both athletes run simultaneously and split MB carry)
100 Alternating Wallballs
80 Tandem 1 arm DB S2OH *45/35  (If A1 has DB in RH A2 must have DB in LH)
60 Cal Row (only 1 athlete working at a time)
40 Tandem Deadlifts 315/225
20 Tandem 1 arm DB OHS 45/35
200m Farmers carry (Both athletes carry their DB 200m simultaneously)
