Open Schedule- Just a reminder the week of the ope we will go to the same schedule as we have the last few years. Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday will be scheduled workout days. Thursday evening we’ll watch as the wod gets announced and hit the ground running. Let’s pack the house on Thursday nights to either cheer on your teammates or give the workout a shot.  Friday will be a scheduled workout, which will be the open workout for that week. Saturday again we’ll open up for athletes to do the open workout. Hours on Saturday will be announced.
