ARE YOU SICK
Folks quick reminder about the Flu season. I have seen lots of posts on social media and seen and heard lots of sick athletes coming in to workout complaining of being sick. Please be considerate and stay home if you don’t feel well or are sick. Especially if you are running a fever. Pretend every symptom you have is contagious. This includes your children. If they are sick please don’t come in and put them in the kids room with 10 others, some infants.
Lets also make an extra effort to make sure we wipe down every piece of equipment that you use. No one wants to get sick. We can make this a team effort. If you hear your buddy in class say they are sick or hear em hacking up a lung, call em out and telling to go home. Trust me, everyone will appreciate it. -LK
