It has been an incredible journey over the last 5 weeks as we worked through a lot of sweat, pain, tears, and even a little blood to complete the 2013 CrossFit Open workouts. It is time to close out 13.5 and the open. We always talk about finishing stronger than we start, so let’s do just that Saturday! Let’s pack the house to show our support for those competing for the last time on 13.5
PLEASE NOTE: Starting this Sunday we go back on our normal 3:1 schedule. Sunday will be day one of the cycle with Wednesday being a rest day.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15 Thrusters 100/65
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
