Good tutorial on todays workout.
Class starts on time and you need to be there on time AND check in upon arrival. If you are late for class you owe burpees. Some have gotten relaxed. This rule is back into full effect and applies to EVERYONE....
Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. If you fail at "x" load on the round of 12 or 9 you will have to decrease load and start over at 15.
