Extremely tough workout yesterday. Very proud of everyone that showed up and tackled it. 

Here's one we haven't done in forever....

 
WOD
Tabata This

8 intervals of each. 20 secs work 10 secs rest

Squats 
Row (Cal)
Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Push Ups

Score is total number of reps completed during the 40 intervals. Start anywhere you like stay in that order
