This workout will be attacked a lot like the benchmark workout Gwen. Choosing the right weight early is key. I am looking for you to choose a load you can challengingly hit 5 consecutive rounds of 10 power cleans. You'll need to choose the correct weight early to maximize the output and not hit failure. You will have 15:00 to complete.
