Remember Yoga starts this week. Tuesday 5:30 am and then again at 7:40 pm. This is a great way to help with recovery and "flexibility", which is one of the 10 General Physical Skill of fitness. Check rates and schedule tab for costs and yoga schedule.

*Class will be split into 2 groups. Half will work Karen and the other half will work split jerks. At the 20 mark you will rotate.
