I have done jumping lunges, squats, double unders, lots of running, push ups and pull ups They had not been flat on the floor yet! Until tonight! 25 min amrap of 5 burpee long jumps, 10 hand release pushups, and 15 box jumps! They finally said wow that was a killer I think I finally introduced them to Crossfit:-) and why we do what we do!
